It is compulsory for the participants to come and raise all questions that they have in mind. Hence, please inform all the participants from your respective department to come to the general briefing as mentioned below:

Selection!

This week is the selection week for UTP Sports Carnival 2012. There might be more students registered in certain games than the number of participants needed. So, a selection will be held to sort out the best out of the best.

Each department will have their very own Google group for announcement and information regarding time and venue for selection and training. 

The participants that already registered will be invited to their respective department's Google group and we hope every participants will be alert and aware to any changes in the Google group as this will be the medium for the interaction between your contingent and also a place for your department to discuss strategies.

In any cases that you haven't get the Google group invitation, you may email your department respective head of contingent for the problem.
