To commence our games in UTPSC, all the participants must be aware of its rules and regulation in order to avoid confusion and fight engagement.
It is compulsory for the participants to come and raise all questions that they have in mind. Hence, please inform all the participants from your respective department to come to the general briefing as mentioned below:
